Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Housing Litigation Solicitor role within a Legal 500 recognised team that are continuously evolving. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress their career and join a fast-paced, collaborative team based in the Preston office.
Within this Housing Litigation Solicitor role, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a varied and complex caseload of social housing tenancy and leasehold disputes
* Housing Management matters
* Residential leaseholds
* Attending Court and tribunals
* Proving written and verbal legal advice in litigated and non-litigated matters
* Supporting the Head of Departments and Partners on their cases
* Contributing to the growth of the overall team and maintaining a strong network
The successful candidate for this Housing Litigation Solicitor role based in Preston will ideally have at least 1+ years PQE, is able to work well under pressure and is looking to make a difference with their work.
