Sacco Mann is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Assistant who is ready to take the next step into a Junior Conveyancer (fee-earning) role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded social housing team as a Junior Conveyancer in Newcastle Upon Tyne on a full-time, 18-month fixed-term contract.

The firm is a Top 100 law firm, with several offices throughout the UK. They are a leader in social housing law, they ensure that everyone has access to safe, secure, and affordable homes. The firm is looking for a talented and dedicated Conveyancer to join their hard-working team.

Joining the firm, you will work alongside three other conveyancers working on social housing transactions, and with multiple other New Build conveyancers. You will provide a high level of service to clients relating to processing of social housing disposals from instruction through to completion. Other duties include opening files, drafting Transfer/Leases (from existing precedents), issuing draft papers to buyer's solicitors, responding to enquiries, liaising with clients, and completing transactions.

To be considered for this role, you will have housing experience within a law firm (social housing is preferred but not essential), and a strong work ethic. Someone who is familiar with various forms of affordable housing ownership would be desirable.

This role can be working hybrid both from the offices and from home.
