A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Administrator. Based in Oxford at a leading Intellectual Property firm, this is a chance to really make your mark in the IP world.

You will prepare patent and trade mark processes for both UK, EU and International applications. You will manage a busy diary and handle incoming and outgoing communications responding to a multitude of Patent queries. You will ensure that deadlines are met and work autonomously to liaise between other departments and fee earners.

The desired candidate will be able to work independently and use their initiative to produce an excellent standard of work. You will be adaptable, organised and be skilled at prioritising effectively. You will learn and hone your skill set with the variety of work offered throughout this challenging and exciting role. A candidate with experience working within an IP practice will be considered advantageous however this is not essential.
