A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a leading Private Client department in one of South Yorkshire's most respected law firms. Those with experience working within a similar team would be preferential for this role however, a bright LPC or LLB Graduate with a keen interest in this practice area would also be encouraged to apply.

The firm takes an innovate approach to Private Client matters and by splitting work into pre- and post-death matters, solicitors at the firm tend to become specialists in their respective areas as such, you will be assisting on a caseload of pre-death files, dealing with change of wills and probate issues. This role, based in Sheffield and you will be handling a really interesting caseload of the higher-quality, more complex files.

The matters you will be assisting could be incredibly broad ranging, from simple grants of probate to the administration of complex estates, which could include more complicated assets such as overseas properties, businesses and various other assets.

You will not just have a straight-forward paralegal role - you will also be visiting clients around the local area, providing advice and guidance where necessary, making this a great chance to both handle an interesting caseload and develop supervisory skills.

This is a first rate opportunity for anyone who has a real interest in Private Client matters and previous experience is an ideal for our client. Candidates who are bright graduates with a clear interest within private client should still apply. You must also hold a driving license for this role.
