The North East's largest conveyancing department has an opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team in Gateshead. The firm is nationally regarded and has an excellent reginal reputation. With quality work coming through the team are looking to organically expand the department with a strong residential conveyancing fee earner.

Due to increased work the property team is looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner who can come in and hit the ground running with a full Residential Conveyancing caseload including sale and purchase, leasehold and freehold caseload.

The successful candidate would need to have previous experience as a Fee Earner within Residential Conveyancing. You would also need to work well within a fast-paced environment and have excellent client care skills.
