Are you a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner confident in running sales and purchase, leasehold and freehold matters? Are you looking for a role at a specialist firm? If this sounds like you, we have a great opportunity based in Wakefield.

You would be working as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for a specialist firm that has been providing legal advice since the 1800's. The firm is a very tight-knit team who welcomes diversity. Inspired and driven by their history, they are extremely tech-friendly and believe that technology enhances what they do.

-In this role you will be managing a variety of residential conveyancing work including but not limited to; freehold and leasehold sale and purchase, new builds and more.
- You will need to maintain close relationships with clients and be the point of contact in which you will be expected to provide a personal service from start to finish.

-It is essential you have had a long-standing career within residential conveyancing and have managed a caseload of sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold matters previously.
-The ideal candidate will be a qualified licensed conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive however those with the relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
-This is a traditional firm with long standing clients and so you should be confident managing clients with excellent client care skills.
