A national residential conveyancing firm have unique opportunities for qualified residential conveyancing solicitors who are looking to work from home. Due to a higher demand than ever they are seeking technically strong conveyancers to join it's already market leading team.

The Role

- You will handle a varied caseload in a paperless environment, working from home.

- You will manage a high caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions encompassing new build, shared ownership and anything else that lands on your desk.

- Replying to complex conveyancing enquiries.

- Dealing with exchanges of contracts and completion of transactions.

- Checking contract documentation, mortgage offers and search results

- You be assisted with title checks and post completion work which is dealt with by the firm's office based teams.

The Candidate

- You will be a qualified solicitor with experience of working on a broad range of conveyancing matters. You should feel comfortable about handling this caseload unsupervised.

- You will need to be able to build relationships with clients and third parties to ensure that you provide the best quality of service.

- A space at home for an office and a reliable broadband connection is needed.
