Are you a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with a strong technical ability confident in running sales and purchase, leasehold and freehold matters? Do you prefer to focus on the more complex Residential Conveyancing matters? Are you looking for a role with a tight-knit firm that encourages a positive work environment? If this sounds like you, we have a great opportunity based in Wake-field.

You would be working as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for a reputable firm that has been providing legal advice since the 1800's. Inspired and driven by their history, they are extremely tech-friendly and believe that technology enhances what they do.

In this role you will provide technical advice and assistance to the Residential Conveyancing Department on Sale & Purchase transactions of;
- Freehold & Leasehold
- Registered & unregistered
- Shared ownership
- New leases & lease extensions
- Rent Charges and new build properties
As well as aiding the Post Completion Team with Land Registry requisitions, supporting team leaders in signing off files and supporting the department on complex title checks.
You will also oversee the work of more junior fee earners and assist them with more complex Residential Conveyancing matters.

-It is essential you have had a long-standing career within residential conveyancing and have managed a caseload of sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold matters previously.
-You must also be highly technically skilled and capable of dealing with the more complex matters.
-- You must have excellent communication skills as well as strong problem-solving skills.
- You must have the ability to prioritise your work load and adapt to meet clients' needs
