Meet our Chartered Legal Executives & Paralegals, Manchester Division

(Left to Right - Emily, Gemma & Leona)

Chartered Legal Executives, paralegals and non-qualified fee earners are increasingly being recognised across a multitude of companies, both in Private Practice and In-House.

Opportunities are varied, supporting assistant roles for those at the start of their careers through to senior fee earning roles with superb opportunities for career progression.  Thanks to recent changes in the law many Chartered Legal Executives are being rewarded for their hard work with Partnership on the cards for many. Our Manchester Division works with a wide range of companies, from small boutique practices through to large national teams in the North West.

Meet the team who can help you…

Gemma Beattie:

What is your role?
I am the Manager of the Legal Executive and Paralegal Division and work extremely closely with the Consultants to ensure we are delivering the best possible service to both our clients and our candidates.

What is your biggest pet peeve?
People who walk and drive slowly. I can’t bear it.

Emily Coffey:

What is your role?
I am a Consultant within the Chartered Legal Executive and Paralegal division. I can assist with the recruitment of qualified Legal Executives and Paralegals across the North West. In this role, I speak with candidates and clients alike to ensure both parties find exactly what they’re looking for.

If you could interview one person (dead or alive) who would it be?
Barack Obama as he’ll definitely have some interesting stories.

Leona Taylor:

What is your role?
I have recently made the exciting move to be a Consultant in the Chartered Legal Executive & Paralegal division. I specialise in the Manchester, Cheshire and North West markets. I continue to pride myself in forming and maintaining strong client relationships and something I really enjoy is spending time meeting both my candidates and clients. I liaise with candidates, guide them through interviews and to offer stages, with the client’s requirements in mind, to ensure I am helping both parties to the best of my ability.

What is on your bucket list?
Everything on my bucket list tends to be travel orientated; I LOVE a holiday. My ultimate bucket list holiday would be to spend a few weeks travelling around America. I have been lucky enough to visit New York & Florida, but I am dying to see LA, Las Vegas, San Fran, New Orleans and Washington!
