A leading global law firm with a highly regarded asset finance team is looking to recruit a solicitor into their City based asset finance team to handle an increased transactional caseload covering the aviation, shipping and rolling stock industries.
The ideal candidate will have trained with a highly rated City or National firm where they completed at least one seat in asset finance, before qualifying into a City asset finance team where they have gained demonstrable experience of international transactions. The role will involve advising major banks and leasing companies, airlines and shipping companies, in addition to national rail companies on secured bank loans and other structured finance transaction such as securitisation. As part of the asset finance team, you will be working closely alongside the rest of the banking and finance group teams, in particular the acquisition finance, structured trade finance and project finance teams.
