Salary & Bonuses Alongside a competitive basic salary, our commission structure is motivational & one of the most attractive on the market. You will be paid commission on all revenue generated.	Lifestyle We offer Season Ticket Loans, CSR days, Quarterly Bonus (based on company success) and fully expensed ‘Team Treats’ - an afternoon and evenings out for exceeding team target, 50k Club.	Extra Holidays Individuals are recognised with extra holiday for each 50k reached in a quarter AND an extra half day holiday every time you achieve a personal best month; that’s an extra 1.5 holidays a quarter!
