Global In-House organisation requires a Commercial Solicitor to join their team in March 2012 to cover a period of Maternity Leave.

Working in the Technology & Procurement team for this large global brand you will be involved with a varied and interesting caseload consisting of procurement, technology projects and outsourcing matters. You will be comfortable advising on matters ranging from tenders to disputes to contracts negotiation.

Ideally you will have a strong background in IT/IP & Commercial law with prior experience of negotiating some heavy weight contracts. Previous telco experience would be extremely beneficial.
