Our client has an extremely good opportunity to grow its corporate commercial offering and is looking for a lawyer with the confidence to lead the offering and ability to make the most of the potential in their client base.
The practice is a Manchester based commercial practice, quite niche in nature with a strong financial base, a stable environment and sound management. They have a loyal OMB / medium sized private company client base and would like to extend their company commercial offering to them.
They are looking to appoint an associate or partner who would relish the opportunity to take responsibility for building and growing the department. The firm are able to offer a 'warm' client base, a supportive environment and they have realistic expectations. However, we do feel that the incoming lawyer will need to be able to be able to bring some work with them.
The mid to long term opportunity is very good, this is clearly a happy and motivated practice and we can see the incoming solicitor settling and becoming an integral part of the business as others have done before.
