One of Manchester's top private practice firms, and a leader in the field of Travel Litigation. The firm's team advise on RTA cases occurring under foreign jurisdictions. The quality of work handled by this department is first class, and a continued increase in instructions has given rise to the current need for expansion.

Applicants will ideally have previous experience of handling a case load of RTA matters, preferably within a Travel Litigation team, however those with a proven track record of litigating on their own files in relation to both fast and multi-track cases will be considered. Applicants may be a solicitor, legal executive, or career paralegal. Applicants must have claimant litigation experience, together with a proven track record of meeting pre-determined billing targets.
