Efficient, experienced IP Records Manager is required by a leading IP Patent & Trade Mark Private Practice to join its busy and dynamic team. The firm has an excellent reputation and is recognised in providing a comprehensive range of IP services offering an exceptional service to its clients which it continually strives to maintain.
The role will involve providing management oversight and dealing with technical support. Resolving Inprotech issues and updates associated with assignments and recordals and dealing with the following:
Liaising with and maintaining links with the Renewals Liaision Manager to resolve complex queries and delegating or escalating where necessary.
Reviewing technical and workflow issues and reporting management/performance issues to the appropriate Team Manager or HR.
Establishing and maintaining staffing levels for IP support staff on a daily basis.
Highlighting and monitoring training requirements.
Be proactive in identifying gaps or inefficiencies or improvements required in systems, roles, workflows and advise the Formalities Director/Inprotech Director (as appropriate)
Deal with any quality data issues identified, checking the impact of the issue across the database and regions
Assisting the Inprotech Compliance and Quality Control team to monitor and continuously improve the accuracy and quality of data.
Provide local support to the auditors for ISO 9001.
Managerial / Supervisory experience essential and knowledge of Inprotech or similar IP database preferred.
