Leveraged / Debt Finance Associate – London – KW35322
This leading global firm is seeking to recruit a solicitor into their leveraged debt finance team. The role will revolve around advising senior lenders, mezzanine lenders, venture capitalists and companies on all aspects of debt finance and leveraged acquisitions, including MBOs, MBIs, and other institutional buyouts.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience of complex debt funded transactions within a leading debt finance practice, and will be capable of advising financiers on all aspects of debt and equity funding. They will also be able to give examples of dealing with distressed credit issues and working alongside a debt restructuring team. The role will involve advising on all aspects of public and private acquisitions funded through senior, mezzanine, subordinated and equity finance, in addition to working closely alongside the restructuring and insolvency group on occasion.
The role would be suited to any solicitor with at least two years’ PQE although qualified solicitors of all levels with experience of debt finance are strongly encouraged to apply.
