Part Time, Inhouse, Part Or FQ Patent Attorney

Part or Fully Qualified European Biotech/ Biochemistry Patent Attorney sought to join a thriving business as they grow their IP presence. This is a new role & an additional headcount within a small IP function. You will work with an IP Consultant who and will have the assistance of an experienced Patent Administrator. You will utilise outside counsel to provide additional support with drafting and will work closely with a Senior Biologist on Opposition and Prosecution work. The preferred candidate will have a first degree in a Biology/ Chemistry/ Biochemistry or Biotechnology focussed area and will be confident in their ability to build strong internal and external relationships at board level. This role is currently being positioned as a part-time opportunity, working 3 or 4 full days per week. It is likely that as the business develops, there will be scope for the appointed attorney to increase their contractual hours.
