Established Patent & Trade Mark Private Practice have an opportunity for a Qualified / Part Qualified Patent Attorney to join its expanding team and 'hit the ground running'. Work will involve contributing with the drafting of new patent specifications and prosecuting cases worldwide. It would be an advantage if candidates have passed both the patent drafting and amendment papers in either or both of the UK/EP exams, and be very proficient in their drafts. They should also be able to show extensive experience in the telecommunication/software and/or semiconductor technologies.
