Residential Conveyancer - Yorkshire
Our client requires an experienced residential conveyancer to cover a period of maternity for 12 months starting in May 2012.
You will be handling a full caseload including plot sales and sales and purchases; therefore you must have a good working knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and demonstrable prior experience. You will be working with a good deal of autonomy and be able to manage your own typing. There is a strong possiblity of a permanent post at the end of the initial contract so this is a superb opportunity to secure a long term position with an exceptionally good firm.
