Charlotte Connell

Senior Resourcer

Who am I and what can I do for you?

I am a Senior Resourcer in the Private Practice division supporting the consultants in the Leeds office throughout the recruitment process covering a range of geographies from the North East, Yorkshire and the East Midlands. I ensure that our candidates have the best experience by building relationships and understanding what their next career move looks like.

What team are you part of, and what is the best thing about your team?

I am part of the Leeds Private Practice team and would have to say the best thing about being a part of this wonderful team is that we are always there for one another in and out of work.

5 words that describe me?

Ambitious, friendly, optimistic, adventurous, honest

What else should you know about me?

I graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Psychology with Criminology. After graduating I decided to start ticking off places of interest on my bucket list including travelling solo across South America for 3 months where I conquered the Inca Trail in Peru and the infamous Death Road in Bolivia. I then travelled up the East Coast of Australia learning to surf along the way.

A memorable event, day or memory at Sacco Mann?

There are many memorable events during my time at Sacco Mann that it is hard to choose just one! From running round  Leeds taking part in a scavenger hunt wearing neon leg warmers to a fantastic end of year treat at Carlton Towers! There  is always something to look forward to and to add to the great experiences already had.

  • Likes: Travelling to new destinations, festivals of any kind, warm weather and anything Disney
  • Dislikes: Spiders, slow walkers, snow, scary films
  • If you weren’t in this career, what else would you do and why? Growing up I always wanted to be a midwife. I loved the idea of helping those starting a new chapter in their life, but soon  realised I couldn’t work somewhere surrounded by my phobia of injections!
