Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution (as it is commonly known) is the catch-all term for all types of contentious matters that Commercial Clients encounter. Some Commercial Litigators will handle a wide variety of contentious matters, whilst others will choose a narrow specialism and build expertise in that. The vacancies we attract cover the full spectrum and you can filter them by either looking at Commercial Litigation roles which will give you the whole spectrum or by focusing in on one of its component parts such as: Contract Litigation, Commercial Disputes, Property Litigation, Contentious Insolvency, Debt, Finance Litigation, Contentious Construction, etc.
As one of the three core pillars of work within Practice, Dispute Resolution is a busy area and there is generally a good array of roles to pick from. Most firms will have a Dispute Resolution offering and so vacancies will be available with firms as varied as major multinationals or significant city firms as well as smaller practices based in towns or smaller cities. The vast majority of Commercial Litigation roles are Private Practice based, however, on occasion we also get In-House roles as well.
Our Consultants will be familiar with the spectrum of roles that come available with our clients. If you can’t find a suitable Commercial Litigation role advertised on our website then please give us a call or request a call back to discuss what you are looking for in further detail. Given our deep rooted relationships it will likely be that we will be able to suggest relevant, and interested, firms and if appropriate arrange for you to meet with them.
