About the Role
As an Agricultural & Landed Estates Solicitor, you will advise clients across rural and commercial property sectors, managing your own caseload of land transactions, leases, licences and easements. You will support on rural development projects, renewable energy initiatives, and estate management, contributing to a leading Agricultural team renowned for its expertise and client-focused approach. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to specialise in agricultural law, with significant development prospects within a Legal 500 rated practice.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in agricultural or rural property matters, or a strong background in commercial property looking to specialise in rural estates
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Commercial, pragmatic approach with proactive attitude
- Interest in agricultural law, landed estates, and the rural sector
