If you’re an experienced solicitor looking to progress your banking and finance career within a leading national law firm, this is an excellent opportunity.
You’ll join a highly regarded Finance team advising private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and lenders on a broad range of complex and high-value transactions. The team is known for its collaborative culture and commercially focused approach.
The Role
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Corporate, Tax, Restructuring and Private Equity teams on a wide variety of finance matters.
Your work will include leveraged finance, corporate finance, refinancing, asset-based lending, group reorganisations and debt capital markets transactions.
You’ll advise lenders, borrowers and sponsors throughout the lifecycle of transactions, including drafting and negotiating finance documents, managing transaction processes and supporting clients on strategic matters.
The role offers strong client exposure, responsibility from an early stage and the opportunity to contribute to business development and junior team mentoring.
