Looking for your next step in litigation? We’re working with a well-established law firm in Newcastle that is looking to grow its specialist Banking Litigation team.
This is an opportunity to work with major banking and lender clients, handling a varied caseload of disputes and debt recovery matters while developing your technical expertise and commercial experience.
The opportunity
- Manage a varied caseload of banking litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Handle secured debt recovery actions and advise clients on the options available.
- Draft court pleadings and other legal documentation.
- Negotiate settlements and work towards positive outcomes for clients.
- Represent clients at court hearings and settlement meetings.
- Build strong relationships with clients while managing your workload and fee-earning targets.
About you
- A qualified Solicitor ideally NQ-3 PQE.
- Experience in litigation, debt recovery or dispute resolution.
- A commercially minded approach and a genuine interest in developing your litigation expertise.
