The Role
This position as a Banking Partner / Legal Director involves working closely with a diverse range of banking clients. The core focus is on work for the major clearing banks, as well as the ABL (Asset Based Lending) market. The role offers visibility within a well-respected team, including involvement in high-profile bank and borrower transactions, private equity finance and leveraged finance. The successful candidate will be based in Leeds and act as a vital link between their key locations and the broader practice.
