About the role
This position is ideal for a solicitor with one to four years PQE experienced in leveraged finance and general banking. You’ll join a well-respected team working on complex leveraged financings, growth lending, and corporate transactions across the North. The work involves drafting and negotiating facilities and security documents, working on intercreditor arrangements, and managing lifecycle matters such as waivers and re-sets. You will benefit from a consistent flow of engaging, business-critical work that will allow you to develop your technical expertise and build client relationships, all within a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment.
The ideal candidate
- 1-4 years PQE with experience in leveraged finance or banking
- Proactive, client-focused, and eager to develop your skillset further
- Experience liaising with lenders, borrowers, and intermediaries across transactional lifecycle
- Ambitious, with a passion for delivering high-quality legal solutions and progressing within a supportive environment
