Billing Administrator (Fully Remote, Part-Time)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced IP Billing Administrator to join a small, highly regarded Intellectual Property firm with a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture. This is a part-time, fully remote position with excellent flexibility around working patterns and hours.

Working closely with the Directors and Senior Paralegals, you will play a key role in the day-to-day financial and billing operations of the firm. Given the size of the team, this is a position where you can truly make the role your own, contribute ideas, and become an integral part of the business.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and issuing client invoices
  • Managing overall billing processes across the firm
  • Processing payments to external agents and suppliers
  • Supporting year-end financial duties and reporting
  • Monitoring billing schedules and ensuring accuracy throughout
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding billing queries
  • Assisting with process improvements and administrative efficiencies

  • Previous billing experience within an Intellectual Property environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive, organised, and forward-thinking approach
  • The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
