This is a chance to work within a well-established specialist practice handling complex catastrophic and fatal injury claims. You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of high-value and sensitive matters, combining responsibility for your own caseload with the opportunity to support senior lawyers and Partners on complex multi-million-pound claims.

The Role

You’ll be joining a specialist  Injury team based in Birmingham, working on a wide range of catastrophic injury matters.

Your work will include assisting on complex claims involving serious orthopaedic injuries, brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations and fatal accident cases, while also managing your own caseload of matters up to £100,000 in value.

You’ll support senior lawyers and Partners on higher-value litigation, including cases exceeding £1 million, gaining exposure to all stages of the claims process.

The role will involve maintaining regular client contact, progressing matters proactively, handling litigation and court deadlines, valuing quantum and supporting settlement negotiations.

You’ll also work closely with rehabilitation providers and other professionals to ensure clients receive the support they need throughout the lifecycle of their claim.
