About the role
This full-time position in Bolton involves managing a caseload of high-value multi-track injury claims, generally ranging from £100,000 up to £500,000, and supporting the wider team on catastrophic injury matters exceeding £1 million. You will advise insurer clients on liability, quantum, and strategy, draft pleadings, conduct forensic analysis, and represent clients at mediations and settlement meetings. The ideal candidate
The successful applicant will be a confident, commercially aware solicitor or legal professional with previous experience handling large, complex injury claims. You will possess excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Experience in the insurance sector, particularly with the MIB, Uninsured/Untraced Drivers Agreements, or Article 75, would be advantageous but is not essential.
