The ideal candidate
- 10+ years of experience in catastrophic injury law, ideally within defendant claims handling
- Proven track record in managing complex, high-value injury cases, including motor, public liability, and employer’s liability claims
- Strong knowledge of Ogden tables, future loss calculations, and case strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead high-profile cases confidently
