Brand new opportunity to join this superb firm’s Chemistry team in London, handling a diverse caseload from pharmaceuticals to oil and gas, battery tech, green tech, and food tech.
With a focus on continuing professional development within a collaborative culture, the firm offers a platform to work alongside leading specialists in the field, within a modern, client-centric setting. You will work closely with partners as well as having plenty of scope to take responsibility for your own clients, and your work will encompass a mixture of patent drafting, opposition work, and High Court litigation, along with prosecution across a broad array of technologies.
Direct engagement with both clients and colleagues will be encouraged, and whilst there is plenty of flexibility, 2-3 days in the London office each week will be advantageous to facilitate effective collaboration with both. The ideal candidate will be either a finalist standard or recently qualified UK and European Patent Attorney as well as a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Strong drafting skills will be an advantage, with experience in opposition proceedings and High Court litigation desirable but not essential.
