We are recruiting for a Child Care Solicitor, ideally Children's Panel accredited, to join a well-established and traditional law firm with a strong regional presence in the East Midlands. This role is based in their beautiful Derby office and offers an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a solid background in Childcare to further their career.
The role:
As a Child Care Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload, including providing expert legal advice to clients on a range of care proceedings, representing clients in court, and maintaining a high standard of client service throughout.
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Child Care law, ideally childrens panel accredited
- Will also consider candidates working in the Local Authority who may be keen to become panel accredited
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- A team player who can also manage their workload independently
