A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Panel Accredited Childcare Solicitor to join a well-established and highly respected regional law firm in their Leicester office. This role would suit a dedicated individual with a passion for publicly funded family law and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families.

You will join a respected and supportive team and handle a varied caseload of childcare matters and playing a key role in delivering high-quality legal services.

 

The Role

 

  • Manage a caseload of public children law matters, including care proceedings
  • Represent clients at court and attend hearings as required
  • Provide clear, empathetic advice to vulnerable clients
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
  • Contribute to the continued development and success of the team

 

About You

 

  • Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in childcare law
  • Must be a member of the Children Panel
  • Confident advocate with experience handling care proceedings
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy caseload
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • A team-oriented approach with a commitment to high standards
