An opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Civil Litigation Paralegal to join a highly regarded law firm based in Runcorn. The firm are expanding their team as there has been an increase in demand for their services as well as an increase in their client portfolio.

The main responsibilities will include;
- Managing county court applications
- Liaising with external solicitors
- Assisting with litigation and dispute management
The ideal Civil Litigation Paralegal will have a good understanding of debt recovery and experience within litigation. High Court Enforcement training will be provided.
