About the role
This role would be a mixed civil dispute resolution position, ideal for an individual experienced in work such as contentious probate, employment, property litigation, debt recovery, and related areas. While the organisation currently does not handle this work, there is room for them to create a new department with a talented Solicitor interested in the challenge.
The ideal candidate
- Experienced in civil dispute resolution, with a background in a mix of areas such as contentious probate, employment, property litigation, debt, or similar fields.
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
