The role
Joining as a Clinical Negligence Lawyer, you'll manage a varied caseload involving both pre-issue and issued cases, primarily focusing on higher-value claims against NHS Hospital Trusts and GPs, with some catastrophic injury work involving amputees, brain injuries, and birth injuries. Experience with managing a diverse caseload, knowledge of Proclaim, and a proven billing record are highly valued.
