About the role

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, your key responsibilities will include managing a busy caseload, advising clients, and handling claims involving the NHS, private consultants, and general practitioners. You will work within a friendly team operating from the Middleton office. Knowledge of the Proclaim Case Management System is advantageous but not essential. The ideal candidate

  • Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in clinical negligence or related litigation
  • Proven experience handling a variety of clinical negligence claims

  • Strong IT skills, with familiarity in case management systems preferred
  • A team player with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload
