The Company

Sacco Mann is working with a PE-backed global health technology and services organisation operating at the intersection of healthcare, data and technology. The group devises innovative software solutions that improve patient care across a wide range of healthcare-related services, including electronic patient records, data services, and collaborations with life sciences organisations to support clinical trials and patient outcomes.

 

At the heart of the business sits the established and integral In-house Legal Team, which is pivotal to the group as it enters an exciting phase of growth and transformation - working at the forefront of the evolving digital healthcare sector as it adopts AI services and solutions.

 

 

The Role

The Team is headed by the GC and Co Sec, and this role reports into one of the senior legal counsels. From the onset you’ll have access to senior stakeholders and you will work as part of a collaborative team of legal and compliance professionals, gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters. 

 

This is a hugely varied role and day to day, you’ll provide high-quality, timely and pragmatic legal advice across the business, drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, subcontracting and reseller agreements. You’ll also support business teams on data governance, regulatory compliance, and dispute-related matters.

 

 

The Person

This is likely to suit a UK qualified solicitor with 1-5 years experience in non-contentious commercial contracts, ideally with experience or interest in information governance and data-related matters.

 

You’ll be comfortable with change and working in an extremely fast-paced working environment, have a comfortable manner enabling strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, and be pragmatic handling a variety of legal matters, including unfamiliar areas.

 

 

This is a hybrid role which offers 3-4 days working remotely, with a 1-2 days expectation to work from the office in collaboration with your colleagues in Leeds.
