About the role
You’ll work on a varied and interesting caseload acting for housebuilders on business-critical litigation, including:

Professional negligence claims

Breach of contract matters
-
Planning disputes
-
Building Safety Act 2022 claims

High-value and complex disputes across a range of sectors
You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with national housebuilders and other key clients, gaining exposure to substantial and often technically complex matters.
Importantly, this isn't a role where you'll be sitting behind the scenes. Client contact is a real part of the position. Whether that's attending industry or firm events, delivering training sessions or simply picking up the phone to speak with a client, you'll be encouraged to build relationships and become a trusted point of contact.
What they're looking for

2–6 years' PQE in Commercial Litigation (they are happy to provide training) or Development Litigation

Experience handling complex disputes, ideally including building safety and/or professional negligence claims

Strong organisational and client management skills

Confident communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

A proactive approach and genuine interest in developing your career

An interest in finding practical and innovative solutions for clients
