About the Role
Based in Stockport or Chester, this full-time Litigation Paralegal role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of dispute resolution work, including commercial disputes, intellectual property, partnership disagreements, and property litigation. Under the supervision of experienced fee earners, you will assist with preparing court documents, managing case files, liaising with clients, and attending hearings, mediations, and meetings. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring cases progress smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone looking to refine their legal skills in a supportive environment while contributing to a thriving department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Possesses at least 1 year of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with exposure to dispute resolution matters.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and confidence with case management systems.
- Shows a genuine interest in litigation and a commitment to delivering exceptional client care.
- Is proactive, motivated, and meticulous in managing casework and correspondence.
