Award-winning, boutique law firm are looking to recruit a new Commercial Litigation Partner into their impressive South Manchester offices.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Partner ideally with a following to join their award-winning law firm. As a Commercial Litigation Partner, you will be joining an expert team whilst running your own varied caseload on matters such as:
- Shareholder actions
- Partnership disputes
- Professional negligence
- Commercial contracts disputes
- Non-Disclosure and Licensing Agreements
As well as this, you will be responsible for building and maintaining your loyal client base, taking part in Business Development Initiatives for the South Manchester office and really shaping the department as a whole.
The successful candidate will be ambitious with plenty of previous experience in Commercial Litigation law and is looking to really make a difference to the business.
