About the role
- Position: Commercial Litigation Partner
- Location: Liverpool
- Type: Permanent, partnership track with initial salaried partnership
- Scope: Leading a team in complex commercial litigation matters, with further opportunities for business development and client management
- Focus: Ability to take ownership of high-end litigation and potentially branch into property litigation areas if this is of interest to an individual
The ideal candidate
- Experienced Solicitor with a strong background in Commercial Litigation, ideally with 5+ years PQE
- Proven track record in managing challenging cases, client relationships, and business development
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
- Ambitious, proactive, and keen to contribute to the firm’s strategic growth
- Open to those with a focus on Property Litigation as well as Commercial Litigation
