You’ll be working as part of a collaborative Litigation team, gaining exposure to a broad range of disputes while developing your technical skills in a flexible and supportive environment.
The Role
You’ll be joining the Litigation team, working across a varied caseload of Commercial Disputes matters. The role offers a mix of autonomy and support, with the opportunity to handle your own matters while assisting on more complex cases.
Your work will include advising on contractual disputes, property-related issues, breach of directors’ duties, and claims involving trespass and nuisance. You’ll also gain experience within an insurance-backed litigation environment, including policy coverage considerations and claims handling.
You’ll be advising clients directly, communicating with key stakeholders such as Counsel, the courts, and opposing parties, and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently within the relevant legal frameworks, including civil, employment, criminal, and regulatory forums.
There will also be opportunities to support colleagues across the wider business, contribute to client service delivery, and assist in supervising junior team members.
