You’ll gain exposure to a varied caseload, combining responsibility for your own matters with the opportunity to support senior lawyers on more complex disputes.
The Role
You’ll be joining an established West Midlands based Commercial Litigation team handling a broad range of disputes for commercial and private clients.
Your work will include managing your own caseload of litigation matters, as well as assisting colleagues on more complex and high-value disputes when required.
You’ll advise on a range of matters primarily related to commercial litigation but also including some civil and property disputes.
The role will involve drafting legal proceedings, court documents and instructions to counsel, while ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with court deadlines.
You’ll also have direct client contact, including scoping and quoting for work, building strong relationships and delivering clear, practical advice.

• Qualified Solicitor with around 1–4 years’ experience
• Experience handling commercial litigation matters independently
