Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked, employee-owned law firm whose team is currently experiencing expansion and growth due to an increase of work.
About the role
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be running your own caseload to resolution, on matters such as:
- Contract disputes
- Shareholder and Partnership disputes
- IP and IT Disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Defamation and reputation management
- Insolvency litigation
- Banking claims
- Franchise Disputes
- Injunctive Relief
About You
The successful candidate for this position will ideally have 2-6 years PQE within Commercial Litigation, is able to work well as part of a team and is ambitious with their long-term career goals.
Unfortunately, NQs cannot be considered for this position.
