The Opportunity
Joining an established and collaborative team, you'll work closely with a respected Litigation Partner while managing your own varied caseload of commercial disputes. You'll advise a broad client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and SMEs to larger commercial organisations, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice on complex matters.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality files without the culture often associated with larger city firms.
The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload including:
- Commercial contract disputes
- Property litigation
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Business and commercial disputes
- Debt recovery matters
- General commercial litigation
You'll have the autonomy to run your own matters while collaborating on larger, more complex cases, giving you excellent exposure to high-value litigation.
About You
You'll ideally have:
- 5+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation
- Experience managing a broad range of commercial disputes
- Strong knowledge of contract disputes, property litigation and general commercial litigation
- Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness
- Confidence managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive approach and genuine ambition to progress your career
