In this Commercial Litigation role, you will be a key player within the commercial litigation team, handling matters such as contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, and contentious insolvency.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, while supporting senior lawyers on high-profile cases. Your role will also involve client relationship management, business development activities and participating in mediations and other dispute resolution processes.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with between 3-6 years' PQE, possessing solid commercial litigation experience and a robust understanding of legal principles. You should demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to case management and client service. Commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement will help you thrive within the firm’s collaborative environment.
