You'll be joining a highly regarded Commercial Litigation practice with an excellent reputation for handling complex disputes across a wide range of sectors. The role
You'll handle a broad range of commercial disputes for a diverse client base, including national businesses, owner-managed companies and corporate clients.
The work includes contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, banking litigation, intellectual property disputes, fraud, procurement matters and defamation claims.
Alongside managing your own caseload, you'll work closely with senior lawyers on larger and more complex matters, while helping to strengthen and grow the Birmingham litigation offering.
There will also be opportunities to develop client relationships, contribute to business development activities and play an active role in the continued success of the team.
