We are representing a highly regarded firm seeking a dedicated Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to work on complex and varied disputes, supporting both national and international clients within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

About the Role
You will be advising in relation to and representing clients in commercial litigation matters, whether through litigation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution. Your caseload could include contractual and commercial disputes, public law disputes, injunctions, reputation management work and contentious insolvency matters.
Responsibilities:
- Expanding the teams provision of commercial litigation services.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients
- Teamwork including assisting Partners and senior lawyers with more substantial matters.
- Participating in marketing initiatives, including client training days / seminars.
- Participating in firm-wide and departmental training sessions.
- Managing files, time and billing efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' post qualification experience
- Proven contentious experience across a broad range of commercial matters
- Strong client focus and an ability to handle matters independently
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and proactive attitude
- Experience or interest in insolvency is beneficial but not essential
