Manchester | NQ - 2 PQE | Attractive Benefits | Flexible Working
Looking to take your Commercial Litigation career up a level?
I’m working with a leading international law firm that is looking to add an NQ–2 PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to its Manchester team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants exposure to genuinely interesting, high-value disputes and the chance to work alongside some of the best lawyers in the market.
You’ll be joining a highly regarded litigation team working on complex disputes for major national and international clients, with the opportunity to get involved in matters that go well beyond the usual commercial litigation caseload.
What will you be doing?
You’ll have exposure to a really varied mix of commercial disputes, including:
- High-value contractual and commercial disputes
- Complex supply chain disputes
- Technology and data-related litigation
- Class and group actions
- Financial and cryptocurrency disputes
- International and cross-border matters
- Litigation and arbitration
You’ll have responsibility from an early stage, working closely with senior lawyers and leading specialists across the wider firm. There will also be opportunities to get involved in client development and build your profile as you progress.
Who are they looking for?
I’m keen to speak to NQ–2 PQE Solicitors with a genuine interest in Commercial Litigation.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience gained within a Commercial Litigation team
- Good exposure to contentious matters and complex disputes
- Strong academics and training
- Excellent communication and client skills
- A commercial approach and genuine enthusiasm for litigation
- The ambition to develop and specialise as your career progresses
International or cross-border experience would be useful but isn’t essential.
Why this role?
This is not just another Commercial Litigation position. You’ll be joining a top-tier international firm, working on high-profile disputes with an international dimension and gaining exposure that can really shape your career.
There’s also a genuinely flexible approach to working, including the option to work fully remotely, alongside strong training, mentoring and progression opportunities.
